I spawned in as Tagilla (from Lua's PlayerBossScav mod), extracted, and put the Dead Blow Hammer in my stash. When I tried to double click on the Dead Blow Hammer to inspect the weapon, the panel was stuck in the bottom right, it simply showed "EXAMINE : {0}" instead of the item name and "Blablabla" in the top right. When I tried to exit out of the panel, I couldn't close the panel, nor could I interact with any other button. The game was softlocked and I couldn't do anything except close the game. Is there a fix for this, or do I just have to not inspect the weapon?

Was told to repost if the issue persisted in SPT-AKI 3.1.0:
I updated my game to 3.1.0 (new folder, clean install) and used my 3.0.0 save. I ran a 95k scav case and came back to collect a single rail mount. Is this a problem with the game, or my old 3.0.0 save file? -

Whenever I use the scav case, I end up getting a lot less than what I feel like I should be getting. I pay 95k roubles and get 2 weapon parts, worth ~2.5k roubles in total. I use a moonshine and get a single weapon grip, worth 500 roubles. Are SPTarkov's scav cases broken? Is there a hotfix or a mod that I can use to fix the scav cases and make them work more like live Tarkov again?
