I had the same issue, but I am not sure it is because I migrated my profile from 3.0.0 or not. If you dont mind a workaround I can tell you where to add the item so Prapor will start selling it

This is a fresh profile so idk why this even happened. But yea i'd like the workaround so i can at least buy the ammo and not craft it everytime.
Beat grenadier quest, went to try to buy BP from prapor. Just dont see the ammo. checked quest completion menu also tells me i should have it unlocked. im loyalty 3 with him. Dont know if this is iwhere i should report this or if anyone else has had this issue
