I just started to play again. And it happened twice. Not sure what it can be at this point. Still no error codes. When I go back after alt f4 it’s stuck on the loading screen. I wiped my profile and am able to start the game and play all over again. I tried to remove one mod at a time to see if it starts up to see what’s causing it but once it’s in that loop it’s game over. At this point I will just wait for the next big patch and go play then.

Also happening to me, I can't even boot the game up at the moment because upon loading profile data I just see this, and clicking OK closes the game:
I did not get any error codes. I just got stuck loading and had to Alt F4.

This is also happening to myself. I have deleted and reinstalled and it happened again after I say four extracts. I have the following mods only,
Sain and needed mods
Swag and needed mods
Svm
AIO trader
Pause
Amands
I extracted and got stuck in the loading screen. I did delete each individual mod itself and still happens. And a few times I got stuck in the main loading screen. Not sure if it’s related to this same issue as yourself. Just throwing it out there. My logs didn’t show anything. But I’m not expert at this. I won’t be home for a few days so I can’t submit the logs and I apologize for that.
