When loading into a raid, I can't move, my FPS is basically zero, my camera is stuck, and my hands are frozen as if I'm holding a firearm with a foregrip. This happens even when loading in with nothing but a melee weapon, and loading in with nothing.

Whenever I aim with any gun, with any attachments, in any location, at any time of day with or without mods, it snaps my camera into my body where I cannot see anything, move my camera afterwards, and I have to close the game.
