Have the same error when delete folder with luas spawn rework.But when use fait+svm+spawn rework all is ok except the pmc are not spawn.Only a lot of scavs on factory day

Someone can help me to fix pmc turn to bigpipe? I am use fix from Runedog48 and version 3.2.3
