Wait golden swag is needed? I still havent done it in live and got friends from west a long time ago. Alright let me run it rq and let you know if that fixes this.

For some odd reason, I am not getting "A friend from the west Part 1" from Skier. I have loyalty 2 with him, I have done all his quests up until this point (The only one I have not done is golden swag which is not needed to unlock friend from west) and I am level 23. What am I missing? Is the quest bugged? I can't start peacekeeper's quests without this one.

I only started using this mod recently, so there's a lot I still don't know, but I think rouges on reserve are bugged for me. The few times I have played reserve and turned on the power in the bunker, no rogues have spawned in for me. Is there something wrong with my game? Or am I missing something here?
