I maybe have found a solution, you need to install spt profile editor and edit your stash size with additional line, after that I could buy again from vendor and have a bigger stash. It work for me so maybe you could try.
+1 Yep same as you just after one raid suddenly traider can't sell me anything animore because of stash error
