It's the bots spawning around the map.
This only happens on Customs though, no freezes on even bigger locations like Woods or Interchange, even with the "enable PVE" option not checked
I had this problem on different raids only on Customs: the game loads, I walk a few steps and then it freezes and I can only force close the game. I am using SPT Realism with everything disabled except for different bots behaviour, but this happened even before I installed the mod.
