I downgraded SWAG to 1.2.1 and it seems to have fixed my issue.
So I played a single scav and PMC run before having the issue where I could no longer pick a map to load into there being no words to click on the only thing being the background. I was also geting crazy long load times with ' [Client Request] /client/repeatalbeQuests/activityPeriods ' being posted in the server console throughout it's extended load time.
