Sorry for butting in but where does node.js get installed? Having same issues

Cant progress in game/ stuck on loading screens. From what i can tell from the server its due to AKI-save failed which I cant figure out what a good solution is. Ive found 1 closed "solved" thread involving the same thing from about a month ago. From what I could tell someone suggested installing "node.js" as the solution which ive tried installing into both the C: drive (which is not the drive game is installed on), D: drive (which is where game is installed), as well as into SPT base folder (which broke the game). I'm not super savy on how this stuff works but whatever is happening is making this unplayable.

Ive tried reinstalling SPT multiple times (both manually and automated) as well as reinstalling EFT from scratch and same issues. Ive even tried running the game with 0 mods installed with no improvement. If anyone could give me any help I would greatly appreciate it.
