last time this happened to me was when I had a typo in one of my raider patterns for swag.
i don't think any mods are outdated, it was just same issue with The Svetlana trader mod but the dev updated it so it no longer causes this bug with Ragman's services.
the dev updated the mod and fixed it 8 hours ago.
