Didn't work for me :(. I set all to 100% and nothing. Only got them to spawn once with SWAG+Donuts but since then nothing.

This looks like a mod-related issue, do you have a mod that adjusts weapon-ready state?
Yes, its SPT Realism that does it, I'm trying to figure out how to turn it off since I think you can.

Here are some screenshots of it happening. It only happens when my gun touches a dropped backpack or an item. When I run with the weird glitch it has the MP9 or small MP5 run animation as well. It seems to be happening only with SPTRealism too. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
