Having the same problem too, uninstalled my mods and it still doesn't work, only happened after installing 3.5.7

Error found, the Captain Trader mod added new items that somehow messed up the item pool, causing the bots to be unable to load in due to error loading weapons. It wasn't technically bot params but it was affected

As mentioned on the 3.5.4 release the bot generation parameters got changed so mods featuring bot changes are most likely broken so play without broken mods
The problem is i dont have any mods the change bot params

i just realised, dont know if this is relevant but my game version says 3.5.4 while my profile in my launcher says 3.5.0

This is the error logs that pop up ingame in the server console
AI not spawning after I updated SPT to version 3.5.4 from 3.5.0
Mods were working fine before the update
