Hi every one. Does anybody have spawn configuration or spawn settings to set scavs and pmcs amount like in online version of Tarkov?

FAIT or POOP can be used with Realism yes, but you will need to tweak the config for them to be compatible.

You may want to look into AI mods such as Fin's AI Tweaks or POOP, which should accomplish both of those things. Realism doesn't really alter Ai parameters.
Are they compatible with Realism Mod?
