PMC section > Force PMC waves, that did work for me, idk why they don't work by default even tho they have 35% to spawn.
For more PMC - use converter with higher values as well.thanks.
does it affect on Scavs and riders as well?

I don't know if it's a bug or problem, but here's what happened.
I set bots to 48/48 on all maps, walked on shoreline (I have a quest to kill 10 PMC's with a scav vest ) I only saw scavs, but no PMC's
in previous version I had a similar problem. on woods (map) it was ALL EMPTY and bots (PMC and scavs) spawned after 5-10 minutes.
any suggestions?

Hm, then sorry, i don't know how to help you. Maybe it's a mod or an older mod.
Try this: go to SPTFolder/user and delete the cache folder. it will be restored at the start of the server.
still no luck.
this quest doesn't lead to anywhere interesting, but it's just out of curiosity, can I manually restart the quest?
it's obviously bugged, because I imported my 3.6.1 profile

Go 10 meters back, open up you inventory, close it, go slow to the place you need to mark.

fleamarket or SVM 3.7.0 ?
both mods have to be in your game directory/user/mods
DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING in SVM

* bots and loadout

guys, as far as I've been testing different things for 3.7.0 - use this mod for BSG disable (everything on fleamarket)
tested - works
I truly loved SVM mod and I hope the author will make an awesome new version soon in the future.
but in the meanwhile, you can use this mod as it was mentioned here.
change it to 3.7.0 (as in my screenshot)

UPDATE
Can't mark the "Second Ritual spot" with the MS200 on woods. it's inactive, doesn't work. it won't show anywhere to place the marker..
