i just found the solution to this issue
for future people that may encounter this issue
Go into your SPT tarkov folder go to the user/profiles folder open the user profile that is encountering this issue
with notepad or notepad++ use the search function in the notepad by pressing CTRL + F search for the ID of the item
that it says it expects at position 0 in this case (0a5667eF25d675F4f2aa2763) for the item that was causing the error
find the instance in the notepad that deals with the X & Y positions set them to 0
keep in mind do not have the AKI Server or Launcher running while editing this file
this should solve this issue as it worked when i used the aforementioned method

My profile data somehow became corrupted after i tried turning in a bullet for a quest that which didn't work & i couldn't hand in or interact with anything else in my stash or traders

so i restarted my game and got the error code in the attached image

is there anyway to fix this other then wiping/starting a new profile
im receiving the below error when i get the loading screen
