Go to your SPT folder and try disabling Run this program as an administrator,(EFT.exe)
This fixed my exact same problem.

Hello. please help me solve the problem. this is my first experience of creating a ticket here, I'm not sure if I did everything right.
The server starts, answers that the server is running and wishes you a pleasant game.
The launcher after pressing the start button shows the "patching" window and the "start" button lights up again, the game does not start. I'm a little confused, but I can't find the logs in the game folder that are required to create a topic on this forum.
