It happened to me twice and the first time I created a new profile which temporarily resolved the issue. Head and Voice selector seems to have an issue where it appears to reset the character's voice to Big Pipe, but I think it's just a visual thing, as it doesn't seem to actually change the voice.

It could be WTT Head and Voice Selector.

This seems very similar to an issue I had recently. The fix is to set your character's voice in Tarkov's actual settings page instead of Head and Voice Selector's menu. That fixed my inability to go into the Hideout and go into raids.

Well don't I feel silly, turns out it was a player voice issue. I missed this error due to all the other errors being spammed:

I just set my voice in the sound settings menu and it fixed it. I'm unsure if this is caused by WTT - Head and Voice Selector, or just straight up user error.

Anyway, issue is resolved and the profile appears to still be working.

This is the second profile I've had this happen to since starting a 3.8.0 playthrough.

My current profile is level 8 and after getting out of a Woods raid I went to go into my hideout and I was spammed with:

[Exception] : NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I am unable to load into the hideout or go into raid either. My first profile made it level 10 and did the exact same thing. At first I thought it may have been the updated SamSWAT's Watch Animations or the Modular Attachments Server Side Slider mods however after uninstalling the error persisted. I assume it's some obvious that I'm missing.

Creating a new profile seems to fix this, but since it's happened to me twice now, I don't really want to start another profile only for it to happen yet again.

I think I ran into this issue a few months ago on 3.7.X so I'm probably just shit at modding the game lol.
