    I just resolved my issue by going into the file explorer of my SPTarkov folder and going to SPTarkov/user/profiles and opening the JSON file with notepad. I found a list of the quest IDs at

    Resources: Quests ID - AKI Mods Workshop

    The ID for Health care privacy part 1 is

    "5a68661a86f774500f48afb0"

    so just copy this and CTRL F in the JSON file to find it.

    You then adjust the status value to 3

    "status": 3,

    Then save and run the game to complete the task with therapist.

    I am experiencing the same issue, I don't get the prompt to mark the ambulance no matter where I look. Ive noticed some markers acting weird but have been able to progress up to this point. Ive read you can change a value to "3" which will bypass this issue but im unable find a clear explanation of where and which value this will be.
