Decided to publish it and make it available through Ragman with no use of Artem or his Equipment Folder.

+Added a new MSV - GEN II Body armor (Loyalty Lv. 2)
+S-10 Gas Mask now no longer interfere with the "Painters" Gas Mask
+Partly updated the Russian locals (Language support for Quests)
+Fixed Issues with helmets causing server to print Durability errors.

Notice, Before updating!
Completely delete "AArtemEquipment" Folder before importing the new one in! or you will face some errors.

Im terribly sorry for re-releasing. It occurred to me that there are no quests beyond "Spooky Season" either as I re-wrote it entirely and forgot to add the ID to the following quest.
