Did you try checking the "randomize weather" box in the settings area after choosing your map?

I had a similar issue and after ticking that for 2-3 raids in a row it stopped being continually rainy, and now the weather patterns seem to vary randomly as expected.

Aside from it warning it's not compatible with the 3.6.0 release of AKI none, my guess in the .bundle for the laser is out date? It's not anywhere nearly as bright as they appear in the screenshots for this mod, especially the red lasers.

Any chance of an update to 3.6?

(The lights work fine, but the lasers aren't working at all unfortunately.)
