Yeah that gave me a heart attack too. It is at BSG's end. I hear turning off binaural audio should fix it (though I am yet to confirm for myself.)
Ghost Steps - are BSG issue. you hear steps when bot is spawned somewhere on map. same is on Live now. Possible turning off Binaural sound may help

Ever since I updated to version 1.0.0-B1 I get constant phantom steps around me. I hear footsteps around me with no scavs or pmc's near me.
Was wondering if this is a known issue and if there is anything I can do to fix it.
