this didnt help ive already made sure all of that was correct and ive redownloaded spt and tarkov multiple times, i have multiple versions of .net installed but the installer is telling me i still dont have it installed

after opening both server and the launcher and pressing play, i get stuck on the first tarkov splashscreen with an infinite loading wheel. the only discrepancy i can see is that after opening the sptinstaller again (having already installed spt), it says i dont have "windowsdesktop-runtime-6.0.4" even tho i do have that installed
