[MODDED] can't control PMCbot equipment chance voltaxic rift Oct 11th 2023 I have edit the chance about USEC/PMCBOT/BEAR to 100% have backpack, and SCAV would never convert to PMC.but in game they still probably have no backpack.what else file still effect the chance? or come from mod?
