you are the second person with Realism to report this bug. I really think there is something going on in that compatibility patch.

I'm aware of this issue right now. Are you also using Realism?

QuoteI've wanted to do this one for a long, long time. Thanks to a ton of patience and teaching from Tron, I have been able to add my favourite sniper rifle to the project, and can share it with you all here as a standalone release. This thing has multiple attachments for its various mod slots, will take various optics. You could put an Eotech on this if you wanted, sky's the limit. There are a couple "easter eggs" here and there. Big shout out to substance painter for making texturing a breeze, and audition for making sound design fun. Rex at it again with his crazy sounds.
Standard variant, magazines, and .408 cartridge are all sold by Peacekeeper at loyalty level 3 in exchange for USD. The rest of the attachments will be on the flea market.
It is expensive for a reason. This thing is in all ways superior to the AXMC. The magazine is a 5-round mag for a reason. If the mag were any bigger, it would clip through the hand in the reload animation.
Included is a REALISM COMPATIBILITY file- Thanks to the efforts of both Senara and Fontaine. Load order matters, when installing wtt-mods, make sure Realism loads last. Also, if using live flea mod, load this mod before that.
What is Welcome To Tarkov?
Welcome To Tarkov (WTT) is a mod for SPT AKI that has been in development for over a year. What started as a small passion project has grown in size to incorporate 10+ core members as well as contributions from other well-known mod authors and friends of WTT alike.
How does Welcome To Tarkov change the game?
As a mod, WTT overhauls SPT AKI, touching on almost every vanilla game system, as well as adding completely new systems to the game and its core mechanics. Inspired by open-world hardcore survival projects like STALKER: Anomaly and STALKER: GAMMA, WTT takes SPT’s artificial multiplayer MMO difficulty adders and replaces them with a challenging world economy, loot scarcity rebalancing, a lore friendly quest overhaul, and a map-traveling system built from rewritten portions of the Traveler mod allowing seamless travel between maps. Aside from its changes to the game’s core properties, WTT also adds to the world’s variety of traders, NPC’s, characters, items, and quests:
Over 500 custom bundles adding new weapons, attachments, wearables, containers, food, medical, and barter items.
New bosses with their own custom gear that will be properly incorporated into WTT’s quest lines.
New, meaningful traders with their own lore-friendly quests and narrative elements to help the player progress through the story-line of WTT.
New playable characters and outfits that will add to the player’s customization abilities.
New quest types incorporating brand new map extraction points, putting the player’s knowledge and familiarization of SPT’s maps to the test.
Welcome To Tarkov stands as one of the largest mods created for SPT AKI thus far.
When does Welcome To Tarkov release?
Thursday.
Which Thursday?
TBD

QuoteSenara completely fixed the Realism patch for the WoS.
I removed the Hera CQR stock/grip from the mod_slot for pistol grips. Enjoy.

QuoteI've rebuilt the Wages of Sin platform from the ground up. This model has been seen in other places such as S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Gamma, thanks to Juanandonly, and has been seen in SPT, but i can't find the mod anymore. SO I DID IT MYSELF. Comes in Black and Red variants. Their parts will be a tad expensive, but they are meant to be marginally better than the "Best In Slot" parts you are used to putting on an M4.
Both black and red variants of the rifle are distributed via Mechanic Loyalty Level 2 and/or Flea Market.
Entirely Custom sounds, down to the sound of the fire selector being toggled. Thanks to Adobe Audition, and my genius, this thing has a metallic ring that really feels like its had some metal cut out of it. Rings like a bell.
Compatible with most of EpicRangeTime's attachments incase you don't like the base handguard.

Sold by Mechanic LL1 and flea market.

Thanks to Tron for showing me the ins and outs of Substance painter, and thanks to me for knowing how to use Adobe Audition to make custom sounds.

QuoteA potato masher/meat tenderiser for the Kriss Vector. Works on both 9mm and .45 versions. Will disallow the use of any vanilla muzzle devices. only works with 5 inch barrels. slight recoil mitigation, -1 ergo, and +70 "cool factor". it's literally a stat, so i'm using it for my cool joke attachment.
Sold by THERAPIST at LL1 for a stack.
Kind of a joke/meme going around in some modding circles, so me as a random with too much time on their hands was only too happy to oblige.

Rexana added a new file:
QuoteSold by Mechanic at LL2. Comes in a 34mm variant, and a 34mm variant with 30mm "adapters". you'll see.
. has transparent "dithering" glass on the level and the cosine wheel, so that's neat i guess. Usually a shader only seen in the game on eyewear, but here we have it on a gun attachment.
Still no moving bubble or cosine wheel. I've yet to figure out how to give objects their own physics in Unity.
although tempting, i don't actually recommend any piggybacked dots with the 34mm rings as the elevation turrets on all but one 34mm scope are too tall and obscure the sight picture. thought about making the mounts be attachable to the rear ring but the way unity and blender do things.. when i tried the rear scope ring would be floating due to how the attachment bones are set, and they probably clip into scopes anyways.
also, "why 2 sets of scope rings instead of one with the adapters as an optional attachment"? there's 3 adapters. i'm not doing blacklists and other filters to make the mount disallow certain attachments for certain scopes. just no, lol.

Rexana added a new file:
QuoteNo the bubble in the level will not move. Nor will the Cosine indicator. I wish they could, but i have about 5 minutes of experience with Blender.
This adds a new set of scope rings that have a "built in" bubble level that would be used IRL for making sure your rifle isn't canted left or right, and a Cosine indicator that IRL would give you information needed for your holdover when taking shots that aren't at the same elevation as you. Big scary sniper math.
All it does mechanically in-game is give a fat buff to the MOA of the weapon you put it on.. and i think it looks cool to have boujee shooting accessories. For real though, real world cosine indicators run ~175-275$ USD.

QuoteI love realistic ironsights, but, in my opinion, sometimes the rear aperture in them can be a little tight for certain engagement distances. So because we're engaging targets on a 2d screen, and not holding a 3d object in front of ourselves, i thought i'd put a new sight in the game that let's us all see a little better when we're "hitting the credit card". I raise my glass to anyone these look familiar to.
Thanks to :
Bubu- showing me the auto folding sight script and the template
Sianyde- for showing me the move tool in Unity
Pettan- helping me set custom zero

Rexana added a new version:
Quote- Should have quest compatibility now (I ventilated a PMC with the deagle while doing "Stirrup" on a dev account and it counted)
- Also has a preset so getting ahold of it isn't analogous to pulling teeth.

Rexana added a new file:
QuoteAdds a permanently deployed bipod. very wide stance, very pretty, good for screenshots and showing off. Reduces Recoil and has a slight ergo penalty. Sold by PEACEKEEPER @ Loyalty Level 2
Because EFT is very weird and finnicky about where bipods can go (how many bipods does vanilla have
) this attachment MUST MUST MUST be attached to a rail segment attachment on a handguard. It cannot be mounted directly onto the rail segments present on a handguard. (like the SAI meta handguard. it will not attach to the rail space under the barrel on that)
gives -2 ergo, and -7 recoil. This is because it is a sizeable piece of equipment hanging off the muzzle end of your weapon, and is deployed, not folded. So good luck making busted OP meta guns with 4 bipods on them.
Simply extract the .rar into user/mods like you would any other mod.

QuoteTime-Travel back to 2007 with this gaudy, ridiculous, loud, and frankly, impractical, gold plated Desert Eagle. Accepts under-barrel devices, fires .357, and will cost a tidy sum of Roubles.
Tron - Answering one-hundred-and-one stupid questions, and making the tutorial video that i totally didn't watch 6 times -
Groovey - Carrying me through the coding process, his shoulders must hurt, making all of this possible with the wizard tools -
Sianyde - Doing all the texture work and pushing me to try Modding, and encouraging me through the process -

How do you turn on pleb mode?
F-12 in or out of raid, look for Backdoor section in the menu, should have a box to tick.
-
I've been using the mod with no issues, but today It doesnt seem to be working no matter what weapon or ammo I use.
I'm lvl 31 if that helps.
I also have all three settings set to True.
I've also tried using the breaching rounds your mod adds, put 5 rounds in a door and nothing happened.lol, check if it's still installed, then try re-downloading it from here. I had it just stop working one day, so i went to see if it had been updated. tried re-installing and windows starts flagging it. I think windows yeets it without telling you since a previous defender update, but that's just my theory.
-
This is the second mod i've seen in a week (X.M.A.S.S. as well) to start false flagging as a virus. Methinks Windows fucked something up in their last Defender update.
