you should read the SPT Realism mod MEdical and Health Overhaul..
that's not bug.. that's feature
you can disable it.

SPT and online are different.
SPT you can wipe the profile yourself. and if the spt updated to the newer version, it goes with newest game version. -
try to not use to use SVM. or tweaking the SVM settings one by one.

if you still want play with 72 mods, just stay with SPT 3.8.3 until most of the mods goes to 3.9.0.. no need to rush..
i have both 3.8.3 and 3.9.0 with different folders. and working fine..
