I previously said that the 4.1.1 update fixed this issue. This was true until I went to accept a quest from Guiding Light again at which point the issue reappeared. Rolling back to 4.0.0 has once again solved the issue so here is the log from the F12 menu as promised. If there's anything else I can do to help, just let me know!
