I've tried your profile out and i cant see the same error, i am using 372 however.
if using 372 isn't the reason i cant repro, it makes me think you have mod code that's altering the flea systems in such a way to cause it, would that be possible?

I put a grizzly up for sale, here it is counting down after ive pressed remove:
Here's once the countdown finishes:
Ill need some steps to repro the issue

This can be caused by many different issues, the most common is file write permission settings in windows.
Have you tried installing manually?

We don't offer support for SIT.

Can you upload the server log file that contains the `unable_to_find_offer_to_remove` message?
If you log back into your profile, does the issue keep occurring? if it does, could you also upload your profile too please.

I've added an issue to the tracker: https://dev.sp-tarkov.com/SPT-AKI/Issues/issues/183

This is a limitation of the current SPT code. The card will be removed on exit from Labs if a card exists

Values have been adjusted upwards, maybe a little too high!
It certainly makes them more attractive to complete!
I've adjusted the values down a little in the 3.7.2 hotfix just posted, download the zip from the release page and copy the contents into your spt folder, overwrite all files.
-
The 3.7.2 release was missing the BepinEx config manager config, this mean a default config is created and defaults the open button to F1.
I've uploaded the 3.7.2 release zip again with the config added, it should mean the key becomes F12 again.
If you want to edit the file yourself: SPT\BepInEx\config\com.bepis.bepinex.configurationmanager.cfg
edit any mention of F1 to be F12 -
This isn't something we can help you with. You'll have to ensure you're forwarding ports yourself
Also, your logs are all password protected, no one can read them.

Does C:\SPT contain `Aki.Server.exe` ?
-
Change it from F:\SpTarkov to your current SPT directory
-
Try the topmost line: https://hub.sp-tarkov.com/faq-…e-is-awful-what-can-i-do/
Make sure your mods are up to date too.

Do you have a new anti-virus/anti-malware installed that may be interfering with the communication between server and launcher?
-
In the launcher, make sure the address is: http://127.0.0.1:6969
There shouldn't be a forward slash on the end
next try going into SPT\user\launcher and deleting the config, restart the launcher afterwards
-
In your spt launcher settings, what values do you have for :
SPT Game path
and
URL
-
The lack of a serer log makes this hard to diagnose, are you sure it doesn't exist?
You mentioned 2 other things you had to download, what were they?
