I see error messages relating to donuts, you'll need to update to SPT 3.7.5 to fix them.
Will do, but this issue has been present even before I installed donuts which was last night as a last ditch effort to see if it would fix anything.
Ever since updating to 3.7.4 no followers have been spawning except for gluhar guards, goons, and a singular kaban sniper. No cultist followers either.
