Gotcha. It's interesting cause I don't recall having issues with them both installed in 3.9 and 3.8. It always worked before. St least i think it did.
I'll test it without the other mods to be sure.

Tried with both off and nothing. Oddly enough I can't get it to work with raid overhaul either. Huh

SVM: Yes but I tried with both on and off. I also have Raid Overhaul and with that one 2 I tried on and off.
I am using SPT 3.10.4 and latest version of the mod. I will double check to see if I might have made a mistake and not turned off both SVM and Raid Overhaul.
