I've activated the event on SVM, and even tried to change my computer time to 30th of october, still i cannot get zryachyi from the halloween event to spawn, neither have i ever seen the ritual get activated.

There is a problem where bots will spawn with fucked up guns, that have the wrong mag attached and no ammo, is there a way to fix it ?.
