Hi, had to post this just in case it helps you because this same problem drove me nuts for weeks.
So it's not certain that it'll fix yours but it did mine. Turn on fTPM (Firmware Trusted Platform Module) in your BIOS settings. I forgot I had turned mines off to do some random testing & had forgotten to turn it back on, leading to SPT crashing on almost every raid. Turned it back on & no crashes since 
Also to add PBO may need to be off or just set to auto on some Ryzen chips. I have 9800x3D & also was having issues using it to OC my system.
