Yes! i have downloaded that one. Still says the same

I have installed SP tarkov recently again. Server starts up fine i use no mods yet. When i launch the launcher it says you must install .net. Would you like to download ? I press yes nothing happens. I came to the forums and downloaded .net 5 manually installed it. The same problem exists when i start launcher it asks me to download it still. Cant seem to find a solution. .net installation is correct. I have no client log so instead i gave the tarkov output log maybe to find some info in it. Thanks!
