People suggest to leave automatic ram cleaner OFF, but I get MAJOR performance issues during raids when I do that, I have to leave it on.

Just FYI Lighthouse isn't on your list of maps so it isn't getting raid timer extended.

This seems to be happening a lot more in 1.6.0 than it did in 1.5. Every time I launch the game it has to regenerate all of the icons.

Yeah, try waiting an extra minute for another save before you close the server, and see if that helps.

This happens to me as well, with no mods at all installed. I assume you are restarting the server as well? I usually wait for one more "saved profiles" before closing the server, otherwise it may have pending profile updates that don't get saved. I find this happens mostly when I don't wait for that extra save.
