I've just found out that the downgrade patch at https://spt-mirror.refringe.com/patchers/, is working for EFT version 15.0.1.32160.
Just run the patch in the game folder, after it finish patching, instal the SPT and it's work fine
Yes I had same problem, I mess up with some mod, and i need to re-Install SPT.
But The SPT Installer 2.9 is insisting to "PLEASE UPDATE YOUR EFT".
And yes i have the same problem now
