Your codepastes dont have any content. You'll need to fix that so we can review logs.
If you have profile editor/SVM open please close them before launching the server. Ensure you only have 1 instance of the server running.
I resolved the problem. it was a corrupted sector of my file when my drive just randomly disconnected mid game, fixed it by removing the .lock file that showed up in my profile with a command for it. I marked it as resolved but i don't know if that showed up. I'll just send it to the trash.
