The same thing is happening to me to.
If i trying to sell a weapon on the fleemarked. It's going to bee disassembled in 3 main parts. When the times expired on the fleemarked, I did get many of the same 3 pieces back.
And I only use "live EFT" lastest update and SPT-AKI 1.3.0.
But still, it gone for now
Seems the new SPT-AKI 1.1.0 has for now removed the bug.
But still did following things:
1. Copy "EFT live" map to secondary place
2. Downgrade the game
2. Install SPT-AKI

I gonna play with the issue/bug. Shame i cant or find the solution.
I did have a look at the link, but it's not the solution.
Because is after every quest.
Quest can being complete, so no problem with this/that.
When you after the completion, what to items, its stops and "loading" / (circel in the right corner".
Stop the game incl server, then starts its again, then you can get the item and also the new quest
When i got to the "hand over items" after an complet quest. Its stop when trying to tranfer ("continuet loading"). The problem is with all quest atm.
I did find the solution, when this support forum, was on senkospub. It was something about change a 0 to 1 or 1 to 0. The problem was knowed.
***Note. I need to close the game and start it again, to get new following quest and quest finish items

Where do i find it ? not to find in this forum
1. The task :"Rigged Game" from Skier cant bee complete, because under the countdown there was some gunfight and granate throwing / exploding. Its stop counting and afterword not possible to place the marker om the medical container, at the health resort. (Shoreline)
2. The task: "The Cult part 2" from Peacekeeper, cant be complete because, it's not possible to place a marker at the "NewWoodsRetual" in "Woods" map
