Its trying to search for a modded item that doesn't exist, think its one of Atlas' mods, reinstall them then remove any reference to em such as items in your inventory and presets

common issue, results from dragging shells onto the MTs causing profile corruption, just ctrl+f and look for ID "60dc519adf4c47305f6d410d" in your profile and delete any references

welp I got bored at 5AM and decided to write a script just for you
by pressing the base keybind P (or whatever you set it to) this script will freeze the in-game timescale so your PMC will be safe while you go make a sandwich
Install:
- Open the zip file
- Copy the `Kobrakon-TAB` folder into your spt\BepInEx\plugins

this is a common issue, just use alt+z to open the Nvidia Overlay and close it or use alt+tab and it should load
