If I'm not mistaken, second last version can only be installed manually. But it might be hard to pull off without an experience, so I'd recommend to just wait for about a month. Mod authors would update their mods. Well, except SWAG+Donuts, 'cause nooky needs to address some IRL shit, thus abandoning the development for indefinite time. Though he gave permission to pick up his project, but finding a new volunteer might take time.

3.10 was released today. The posts you're seeing that talk about 3.9 are because 3.10 didn't exist when those posts were made.
