Mine just WON'T scroll at all. I've uninstalled every mod, loaded them all one by one and tried to see if maybe something conflicts with it but it just wont work.
Dumb question: How are you trying to scroll?
All of the new buttons make it so that not everything fits in the menu bar. The close button and the t/o and org button sometimes stick out. the smaller the window, the worse it gets.
