To everyone having the same problem:

I solved it by installing the mod (dynamic maps) manuelly instead of using the mod manager. I can not tell you why it was the problem but it seems to be something wrong with the mod manager

did not work for me sadly. still stuck in loading screen

I recently downloaded SPTarkov 3.10 but when I download mods it gets stuck in the loading screen and needs to be reinstalled to work again untill I download mods.
