Have you found the culprit? I also can't play without Realism anymore, I'm still playing 3.8 because I took a break from SPT and when I went to update to the last version and saw Realism wasn't updated I kept playing 3.8 for a while, but now I was ready to check 3.11 out and I had to install the test version xD

We're on the right track, I did some more reading and watching of videos yesterday actually and found that it is realism.
So, until they've released it fully and put out comp. patches - it'll probably stay as an issue.

The ISSUE I am having is that certain guns, even vanilla guns, are giving me a textline / tag when inspecting them and looking at their stats that states "Blablabla" and then the window won't let me close it in game and will block everything on my screen.

I think it is the SPT-Realism mod simply by deductions as the issues started after I got it, but, I don't know what it is conflicting with. I thought it was messing with WTT-armory so I removed that, but, now the issue is continuing with vanilla equipment and guns.
