Has there been any resolution to the stuttering, etc.? Mine only happens on server version 3.10.5; before that, on previous server versions, it was not a problem. I have had like you I presume the tried and tested game settings I have had for a while now based on Tarkov optimizing videos and they haven't changed. No stuttering when I was using them before including playing Tarkov online and offline itself where there is no stuttering either, maybe the odd bit but not long periods of it as with this, it is so bad at times you get killed and miss shots cause of the lag . Lag starts during a fight and when it stops you're dead already!

Me too but only since Server version3.10.5 before that it was fine
