I was having this same issue as well, it seems some items from Artem are causing the problem. For me it was the "Peltor Comtac 2 headset (mounted)" and "RAC headsets".

Found what was causing the issue, Certain helmet mounted ear pro from the Artem mod cause the issue

Interesting, Artem does have modded clothing and I did try to load in with vanilla clothing/gun to no avail. Im wondering if one of the AI mods is loading pmcs with broken clothing or something.

I keep getting this error message after "starting local game" appears when loading into a raid on any map. As far as I'm aware all the mods are installed correctly (no red text on server startup) and I double checked to make sure I wasnt missing a required mod somewhere.
