    Is it not recommended to use a AI wave mod like "swags" with Realism ? I know its not in the list you put up but have seen others say they use both .

    Really enjoying your Mod as it is but Reserve / interchange could do little more action and just wondered if Realism + Swags + Nookypresets would work as intended together .

    If weapons have the 1/10th the ergo of unmodded EFT weapons then you have a conflicting mod or you have configured the mod incorrectly. Try resetting to default config options and/or removing mods that might be conflicting.

    It happens whenever bots start to spawn on any map.

    Try removing other mods till you don't have the issue anymore.

    Remove other mods till it works again, and make sure all the mods you installed are updated to 3.5.5 if they're not confirmed to work on 3.5.5

    Noticing an issue with the recoil where if I have a laser or a flashlight and I switch modes, the recoil sometimes multiplies exponentially with each shot and will remain that way usually until I swap weapons. It's the weirdest thing, and the only thing I can think of that might conflict with it is the SAIN mod that also gives you the option to affect recoil. I thought it only affect the bots, and frankly I could be wrong about it being part of the issue. No matter what multiplier I set it to, it's the same level of wild recoil as vanilla. In the bepinex for Realism I have the recoil intensity set to roughly 0.80.

    Can't reproduce. Please test it without other mods first, then try default config options, then please give me reproducible steps if you can.


    May I ask how Tarkov's weapon accuracy work?

    I checked the template and there's no MOA info of main weapon part and barrel.

    no hate from over here brother, appreciate the engagement. I have been through every config and json and every folder of every mod I'm running right now. I believe that by deselecting "force boss item" within the .exe of sptrealism will revert the aki back to EFT's default generation of Reshala's pistol. I haven'd had the opportunity to test it yet, I'm just hopping on for the day so I should know within a few hours i presume

    I don't touch Reshalla, nothing Realism does will affect Reshalla's loot whatsoever. If you want to manually change it, look at the server database files in Aki_data/Server/database/bots

    One way to get rid of this problem for now is to use the compatibility option for Looting Bots in the menu so that bots spawn with nothing, and then use that mod so bots actually loot containers and corpes and even loose loot. Its actually kinda cool, but in the end I got rid of that mod as I felt it had a pretty huge load on my CPU. However it might be fine for you.

    That option only removes loot from PMC backpacks, and keys are in their pockets.

    I really like this mod and appreciate all the effort you've put into making it. I've noticed a minor problem with the variety of keys carried by the AI. I just came out of a raid on Customs with 4 Dorm 214 keys and a few raids ago on Reserve I looted 3 RB-TB keys just from the Raiders underground alone. Those are just examples from today but I've been noticing this for a while since installing this mod and thought I'd mention it.

    The "Force Boss Items" function seems to not be working. I have no other mods that would interact with bots. Reshala never has his pistol.


    As the tooltip says, it forces boss items that "would otherwise be affected by the bot changes", Reshala is not affected by the bot changes at this time

    Thank you for the great work! I am having what I think may be a bug, and wanted to run it by you.

    My PMC's current level is 23, and for the last 8 or so levels most PMC bots have had more or less one of two loadouts. If it's a USEC it is almost always an M4 or ADAR with the same Magpul MOE handguard, standard muzzle device, varying tactical devices and sights, consistently with the SOPMOD stock. USEC seem to always wear either the THOR or Trooper armor. Bear PMCs have a similar issue where they very frequently have an AK-102, iron sights, one of three stocks. Furthermore everyone wears tacsports. It seems that any PMC wearing ear pieces is wearing tacsports 80% of the time. Scavs are also constantly wearing them. I could easily leave every raid with a 6SH118 Raid bag full of them.


    I don't think I have any conflicting mods, but after over a week of playing this mod in the last day or so PMC's have been absolutely drilling me from 100m+. It's disheartening to get into a firefight like that, get the kill, only to find its an AK with iron sights or the SAME M4/Adar with some reflex sight.


    It's really hard to interpret feedback on RNG because people's perceptions of it can be very different, so I can't really comment on it unless I get hard info like: on this type of map, this tier of bot has this exact % of this gear/weapon/etc.


    Immersive raids cold be influencing it, who knows.


    As for getting shot at distance, I've said before that I do not alter AI behaviour. Look at the config options and disable whatever you think might influence, or install an AI mod to tone them down, or use the in-game difficulty setting.


    That's how it works, I'm pretty sure either the tooltip or the mod's overview page states this. No, there's no easy way to make each individual bot be a different tier without overriding even more of SPTs bot generation, which is a nightmare to maintain because they keep making small changes to it unfortunately.     I can't seem to get this mod to give me a good mix the 4 PMC tiers each raid. Even when I set the bot tier odds to something like 1,1,1,1 it still seems to give me mostly tier 4 or tier 3.

    No other mods installed besides amand's graphics and fov fix.


    1,1,1,1 would be a 50% chance of having Tier 3 or Tier 4, when the odds are that tight RNG can seem skewed as no RNG is perfect.

    Remove all custom items from your inventory first, there's even a config option "Revert Meds"

    Having one niggle though , If I encounter a Boss he's able to shoot me through solid cover like a car . They also kos when I'm a Scav .


    All the settings are default on your mod and the only others i have are :

    Not sure what you mean, cars aren't great cover in EFT, and bots will sometimes try to shoot through cover. Nothing this mod does can affect that. Bosses are supposed to kill Scavs on sight depending on their scav karma, again this mod doesn't have any features that change that and that's how it works in live

    So looks like the armor is still broken just died after getting shot twice in the chest while wearing AVS. T-45M1 gzh is what killed me.

    The armor never was broken. Check the features of this mod please, there's spalling and gaps in armor.

    I couldn't test more at the time but I essentially started fresh and reintroduced the mods little by little and I don't seem to be having the issue anymore. If I had to guess there was probably a load order issue and I sorted it out. apologies for having wasted some of your time and not providing some proper conclusion other than me being a bit stupid at the time.

    Small update, he went full default and hasnt had any crashes since then. Gonna start adding settings back tomorrow


    Sounds like it's a certain combination of config options then, will be tricky to troubleshoot but hopefully we can figure it out.

    I'm having a bit of a strange issue and was hoping to get some insight potentially. I'm working on grenadier currently and felt that some of my nades were not doing proper damage or any damage at all,now it could have been some bad nades at that time so I took extra time in placing my nades to the point where I was rolling them under ai and it would still do little to no damage at all. I experimented a little bit more and used a grenade launcher and was getting the same results with every explosive ammo type from pretty much every gl type. I went through and was disabling mods to see where the potential issue was and I came to the conclusion that when having the realistic ballistics feature enabled and working my grenades just become inert, and when I disabled it and removed the dll my grenades seem to be working as they should. Sorry that this is a bit wordy but if there is some insight that anyone has that could potentially resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated :)


    I can't reproduce this issue unfortunately. Did you try realism by itself? Could be a mod conflict.

    Kinda curious is there someway in configs to self edit the ranges the bot tiers spawn in, say extend them from a 1-34 range to more a 1-50ish range?

    You can pretty much accomplish that with current config but setting them as the same odds. BTW, did you resolve the issue with bots tanking multiple headshots? Important for me to fix it if it's a bug.


    In checking his bepindex file we found an error with dogtag generation. He has a snip of it, but didnt post it like i thought he had. I will have him do it today. Though i dont know how dogtag generation would cause crashes like that


    That happens when you die or quit raid with alt-f4 IIRC, and no that wouldn't be the cause of the crashes. Is he using the higher bot cap option, high or horde bot spawn amount? Maybe try full default config settings for both config app and the in-game config and see if that resolves it, then we can figure out which option combinations is causing it if any. Maybe also try clearing the cache in user/cache and bepinex/cache

    Yes, indeed. Just checked with Tiered Flea enabled and now both prices are modified as intended. Maybe there's a way to refresh prices without it though 🤔

    Weird little bug I noticed, specifically when in high or low ready, but whenever there's a timer (either extraction or checking the remaining raid time) the screen seems to stutter, which then causes the arms in high or low position to shake. Sometimes it lasts past that but sometimes it goes away, usually goes away after the position is changed, as long as the timer still isn't there. Not sure if that's a realism issue or my PC just being a potato. I think they might have changed some of the graphical settings in this latest tarkov patch that 3.5.5 is based on...

    If your PC stutters (frame time spike) then you will see the shake. Not sure why your PC is stuttering when checking raid time but is what it is

    Hey Fontaine, want to begin with saying you've made an incredible mod and I really appreciate the changes it brings to Tarkov.


    But I have been having a weird issue where my game from time to time will just close randomly. As if I just ALT F4'd. It happens about every 30-45 minutes and both in raid or in the menu. Couldn't Identify the issue in the logs. I did run with other mods but removed them all except this one and the game still crashes. Game doesn't crash at all vanilla with no mods. Same Profile ported over to Vanilla with no crashes so its not an issue with the save or profile. Some times I can run SPT for a couple hours straight with your mod, sometimes it crashes within 10 minutes of starting the game. Also have task manager up and nothing was too intensive for my CPU, RAM, or GPU. And yes, I installed the mod correctly as everything was working beautifully. Just sucks having so many raids essentially ALT F4 on their own, wasting all that time and never keeping anything because it just crashes.

    Sorry to hear that but I'm not sure how the mod can cause this. Try checking the BepInEx/LogOutput.log for errors.

    Uhh..I know there was the body region change, but I started a new usec run(to see the changes from the start instead of reusing my old profile) and scav's are tanking 5.25 buckshot 3 times to the unarmored face within 10 feet and stuff like makarov's taking over 8 shots to the face :hardthink: I'm using nothing but stuff like waypoint mod and a looting bots.


    It must have been something in the most recent patch, as i used 0.7.9 a bit with my older profile and the bots being super tanky like they are now

    Well it's very obviously a bug, and one that I haven't encountered in any testing. Try reinstalling the mod cleanly (including the config file in the BepInEx/config folder) and removing all other mods, use default config options and test. If everything is normal then do your usual config changes one by one that are related to ballistics, health and bots and let me know which one causes it if any. Without reproducible steps I can't do anything.

    Thanks I'll look into it. I think the issue is that either Tiered Flea or the dynamic trader options have to be enabled for flea prices to be refreshed.
