    Do you have an anti-virus installed? Is it giving you any warnings?


    If that's not the issue, maybe you could try updating your .NET 6. It's required for SPT, and my config exe is built using it.

    Did the config exe from 0.6.0 work for you? For now, you can copy over the config from 0.6.0 and it should work for mod version 0.6.1, you'll just be missing the option for making gunsmith quests easy to complete.

    I had indeed tried it without the pistol grips. I'd have to try again to see if I can get it to work.

    Having no stock will certainly make it worse! Due to recent changes I've made some of the GS quests need to be fixed. The problem is that if I even just correct the weight of some attachments, it could throw off some of the quests. I'll upload a hotfix soon with correct requirements, but GS quests aren't something I can keep a close track of all the time every time I make a single balance change, so I'll add a config option that reduces the requirements so that it should make all the GS quests completable no matter what.

    The gunsmith tasks are wacked again. I've got no other mods that change the ergo on the guns, just realism spt.

    No matter how hard I try with different parts, you can never hand in this gun. This is with the latest version of the mod running on AKI 3.3.0.

    The ergo seems REALLY low for what the quest asks for.

    Am I doing something wrong or was this an oversight?



    I updated the description with "And for the love of God, don't put one of those stockless pistolgrips on it" as you can see in the screenshot and as per the patch notes, I've removed all requirements for guns to be of a certain size. I'll double check the rest of the requirements

    I was able to reproduce the issue on another OS install I have, I recompiled it on that PC and reuploaded the mod, please let me know if it's working for you now!

    Hmm, it seems to be a bug with .NET version and certain OS installs, I recompiled with a different OS install and it seems to work now. Hopefully it still works for you :D

    There's some Windows tomfoolery happening here. I tried it on another PC and a VM, it ran on the VM but not the PC. I'll get to the bottom of this and hopefully get an .exe that works for everyone.

    Hey so I can't seem to open RealismModConfig.exe with the newest update. I see the menu pop up very briefly but that's about it

    Oh dear. Maybe you have an anti-virus that doesn't like it? For now you can still edit the file manually, it just isn't formatted and doesn't have comments.

    Yes the bots spawn without any issues, even the Knight spawn at the same raid ( I got killed by him :D ) so i guess its just "false positive" ? Anyway, thank you for your time and your mod.

    I spoke to the devs, the cache part of the error just means the sever ran out of pre-made bots and had to generate a fresh one for whatever reason, bots should still spawn and function no problem. NP, enjoy!

    Were the bots still spawning? Those errors happen time to time and usually don't cause issues.

    Two questions:
    1. Is it possible to edit bots (particularly PMCs of the same faction) so they have a low chance to be hostile? if so which config file would I have to edit within the mod? I see that there is a botconfig.json file in db > bots and there are 3 PMC archetypes within the file with the "chanceSameSideIsHostilePercent", unsure if editing this portion would cause issues.

    2. Not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature but I cannot seem to equip CF mask or any other similar masks with a ballcap anymore when the mod is installed. Picture below

    1. yeah that'd be the property to edit, the 3 sections are for the 3 base bot tiers, so you'd want to edit each of them. Just make sure the value is between 1-100.


    2. Not a bug. I made certain hats and masks incompatible to prevent bots from spawning with clipping gear as unfortunately BSG hasn't made the effort of editing the meshes depending on what combination you wear. I could make it optional in the future
