Check the rules, there is a big banner at the top of every page even. Just asking will often lead to an instant ban.
Asking for a pirated game sure, but to downsize an update? That's a bit far.

I have a question. Is it wrong to have somebody share you the correct update so you can use the mod? I have the game but updated it to the latest so I'm looking for an alternative while I wait.

The AKI hasn't been released for the client's patch of 0.12.11.0.13074. You will have to wait until the AKI matches the client version.
