Finally, a solution! Used the All-in-One installation from the Discord. No idea what made the difference, but it worked for me.

Well that's bizarre. I've updated Windows and my gpu driver, still just a quick flash and then back to the Launcher. Oh well

I'm getting the exact same issue. My best guess at the moment is that the Patcher is out of date. I've checked everything else and re-installed everything twice now. I made sure to have .NET installed, re-installed the specified versions of DirectX, reinstalled Visual Studio C++, made sure everything was running As Administrator, and still whenever I try to play the game from the launcher with the server running, it minimizes the launcher and the screen flashes black and the launcher reappears. If it's not the Patcher, then I'm completely stumped. Otherwise, I guess we just have to wait until SPT-AKI is updated for the recent EFT wipe....
