i found the fix for me was downgrading declutter to version 1.4 and keeping the texture and lod settings within the mod either disabled or on default. i also had to go on a fresh profile after doing all of that but hope this helps

I'm guessing you're using the de-clutter mod? If so, try setting your textures to medium and it should fix the white trees. Otherwise, I'm not sure.
