Custom Faction: Volunteer Urban Pacification 1

I've used the bot tiers from Realism Mod to create milsim-oriented factions for my bots. These are my Tier 2 BEARs, the Urban Pacification/Volunteer Brigade. They are a combination of soldiers, contractors, and wealthy farmers who have given their bodies in service of quelling the lawless Scavs and filthy Western invaders

Their gear consists of mid-tier market equipment and whatever is provided to them by the Russian Government. I tried to stick with solid colors, but I ended up giving them Multicam, ATACS-FG, and EMR to really sell the mercenary motif.
